From the Sunshine Coast to South Surrey and Mount Pleasant to Mission, we’ll dig into the heart of the communities, tour some stunning properties and meet the characters behind the best real estate names.

RealTours is about helping homeseekers navigate the realities of BC’s constantly evolving property landscape. Our host, Stephen Tadgh, teams up with top real estate agents to demystify an often intimidating industry. But we won’t shy away from the issues - hot topics like housing diversity, densification and sustainability are all on the table.

From downtown Vancouver condos, Squamish townhouses and Coquitlam single-family homes, there are a lot of property options on offer. Each week, we’ll explore the homes that excite our realtor partners. And with their help, we’ll investigate ways to make your money stretch further by digging into ideas like stratification, investing in new builds and seeking out properties with development opportunities.

We'll also find out what drives our realtors (and we’re not just talking about host Stephen in his car on shoot days).
